The Young Artists Competition 2022 held on February 12 at Christ Lutheran Church was a huge success! Congratulations to the Grand Prize winners, Annie Liu - Advanced Level and Nikhil Perego - Intermediate Level. Additional winners and essays are online at YAC. Be sure to view photos of the event on our website's Photo Gallery.

The Education Seminar Series will hold its final session on Tuesday, March 15 so mark your calendars. Stay tuned for further details soon. This popular series will continue next year with a wider reach outside of just the CSYO.

The Charlotte Symphony Youth Ensemble is getting started! This group extends an opportunity to promising students who are looking to play in an ensemble yet are not ready for the CSYP or CSYO, and does not require an audition to participate. The Guild is generously sponsoring a $5,000 challenge grant to support the launch of the CSYE.

Our Guild Annual Meeting is planned for May 18th at the Morehead Inn. There will be a special performance by CSO Concertmaster Calin Lupanu so plan to attend as we look forward to finally meeting in person again!

I look forward to seeing everyone soon,
