In response to our recent reach out for Volunteers, we want to clarify a couple items. First, the CSO is taking full responsibility for all background checks and will generously cover the cost to process them. Second, we are sensitive to the personal information that will be identified in the forms and want to confirm that we have a process to keep your information secure.

Kirsten Morris, CSO Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, will provide a link from an encrypted, secure platform that will be used to send your data to. The CSO will maintain the personal information in this security file and will provide The Guild with only the list of names of approved volunteers.
