Our Fundraising Committee has come up with a brilliant idea for a mini-fundraiser given that our Fall Home Tour has had to be postponed. We're sponsoring a 'Beat Beethoven' virtual 5K, challenging racers to complete the distance in less than the 38 minutes it will take the Charlotte Symphony to play Beethoven's 7th Symphony, tentatively scheduled to be performed in November. The event is ready for rollout so watch for the announcement. Whether you're a runner or a couch potato, this event is all-inclusive so please give it your support!

Vice President Elizabeth Connor Stewart has completed the design of the Guild 2020 Christmas ornament. Embroidery kits will go on sale shortly. There will also be a Zoom Sewing Bee, if you'd like instruction or would just like to sew your ornament in the company of friends.
