Each member organization has a SOVA liaison to share ideas and resources. Many of these members move on to SOVA executive board positions.
SOVA holds an Annual Roundtable in one of the member organization's cities each year on a rotational basis. The Symphony Guild of Charlotte, Inc. has been the host organization in the past with support from a local committee.
