Our Mission
The purpose of the Symphony Guild of Charlotte, Inc.
is to create, develop and promote an interest in symphonic music in
the community of Charlotte and the surrounding metropolitan area and
to provide financial and volunteer support to the Charlotte Symphony
Orchestra Society, Incorporated, the Charlotte youth symphonies and
symphonic educational activities.
We are a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Volunteer Organization

Our Story
The Symphony Guild, formerly the Charlotte Symphony Women's
Association, was created in 1950 to support the Charlotte Symphony
Orchestra and symphonic music in the Charlotte area.
Through our fundraisers, we have given more than $4 million to the
Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. This tremendous support has been
possible only through the efforts of our volunteers and the generous
support of the community.
